I really needed to get some housecleaning and chores done today. But I promised myself, I would get to take 20-30 minutes to stamp today for my reward. So, I hit the bathrooms and kitchen and laundry for today. I will save the vaccuum and dusting for tomorrow.
I used kwerner color inspiration for today and scs sketch challenge- so I had some ideas to get started. The color combo was ruby red ( I substituted riding hood red), pretty in pink, pumpkin pie and whisper white.
I did use some prints pip dsp for panels, tough to see. The stamp set is fresh cuts, a set I got on special last June and never really use. I used my sponge daubers to sponge on pretty in pink and pumpkin pie over the image. I used designer label punch and hardware to complete the card.
I realized yesterday I did not have many adult women birthday cards in my stash- so decided I needed to work on building it up. It was a quick one, but a great break from housework!

Beautiful. I really like how you inked colors over the stamped image. I've had my eye on this set for awhile - you may just convinced me that I *need* it!
Love this one, Kathy! I need to use this set (and all the ones I have!!) more. Hard to do with the new catty in hand, LOL!
This came out spectacular Kathy! Very nice!
Wonderful card! Great job with the challenges!
