I had my new catalog open house party on Friday. Thanks to all the ladies who came for morning and evening sessions. It is always fun to have people come over and stamp!
These are the two cards we did for make and takes. I can not take credit for the designs. Lacking mojo, I went to SCS for inspiration and casing. I got the love you much card idea from Julie.
I did it simpler with out scallops and paper piercing- but liked her use of the heart punch and library clip. I like trying to get use of embellishments and not using a lot of ribbon. CASE (copy and share everything). It is okay to case, just give credit to those who's idea you copy! Don't forget the catalog where it gives you great ideas to use!
For my other one, I got idea of using summer picnic designer paper, with the cherries to match the cherry on top with the goody gumdrops level 3 hostess set. I did show them how to use stamp-ma-jig. It took me a good year to buy into the stamp-ma-jig, as I am more a free stamper. But do agree it saves on aggravation! Tough to see from scan, but there is dazzling diamonds on ice cream and focal image is popped up on dimensionals. I use this sketch a lot of make and takes, just a simple design that works and uses just a little designer paper.

Cute stuff! I'm getting my new triple heart punch in the mail any day now!
BTW - My hubby and I were lucky enough to find a new set of 72 Copics on e-bay. They were brand new and only cost 1/2 as much - yay me! (I think Ellen Huston has them on her website also)

I love the little clip attached to the heart! I am more of a free stamper, too, but sometimes the SAMJ is a MUST!
