I spent the day yesterday cropping photos on a bunch of predone layouts I have completed but had no photos on them. Of course, I still need to journal on them. I got 4 double page spreads and one single page spread with photos now.
Today, I spent the day at a Nikon school of photography course for intro into SLR digital photography. I got a Nikon D40x for my birthday and really have only used it in the auto or "point and shoot dummy "mode. So, I now have better understanding of white balance, exposure, Fstops, shutter speed, etc.... Hopefully, my photos will show it in upcoming posts. I need time to play with my camera first.
Anyways, these photos were taken on a hike of Mt. Monadnock in New Hampshire this past September. Again, I can't take credit for layout. My fabulous upline Erica came up with this layout, after I begged her to do a fall layout so I could scrap these photos. She's the best!
stamps: baroque motifs, big deal alphabet, autumn fest, office accoutrement
paper: choc chip, more mustard, kraft, really rust
ink: all craft ink-choc chip, really rust, old olive
access: 5/8 " grosgrain choc chip and old olive ribbon, clear embossing powder
Retired Inks Etc.
