stamp a stack #2

This is the sympathy/get well soon card I am using for my stamp-a-stack this week. The theory of stamp a stack are cards you can make in about 10 minutes so you can mass produce in a short amount of time- I do all the prep work, they just stamp and assemble.

It features using thoughts and prayers(113252) $25.95 on page 30 in catalog. The sentiments are for sympathy, thinking of you or get well. I used markers, so I get get muli-colors on one image.

I used the big shot "top note" die- a favorite of many and used very vanilla for main image and creamy Carmel for mat. The great thing about this die is that it is perforated so, you just cut along the line so you can mat it in second color. Plus I could crank out 5 at a time in my big shot- big time saver. My crop-a-dile was used to punch holes to feed ribbon through top note piece.
The main card base and ribbon are sage shadow- one of my favorite greens- but it is tough one to match colors too. Green is my favorite color, so good month for it!

This is the version for "get well soon"

Great soft colors and I love the top note too. Just not sure that justifies the buying of a big shot yet..LOL

Beautiful cards, Kathy! Sage Shadow is not a color I use often, but I just got the textured DSP with this color in it so I'm hoping it will grow on me.
